- fajita slab
- Adolph's meat tenderizer
Method
- Run each fajita slab through meat grinder or tenderizer.
- Trim fat and skin, leaving some for flavor and to hold meat together. Generously sprinkle Adolph's tenderizer on both sides.
- Set aside for 1 hour.
- When coals are ready, place meat on grill.
- Cook well done.
- Slice across grain and serve with flour tortilla, hot sauce or pico de gallo.
