Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 small pkg. lime or orange Jell-O
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
- 1 small cream cheese
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. walnuts
Method
- Heat pineapple with juice to boiling.
- Add Jell-O and cool. Whip cream.
- Chop celery and nuts.
- Blend in and whip softened cream cheese into Jell-O mixture.
- Add nuts and celery.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Chill.
- Sets up nicely for Jell-O mold.
