Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 lb. Ricotta
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 to 2 jiggers whiskey or brandy
Method
- Combine margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Add Ricotta; mix well.
- Add whiskey to your own taste and mix.
- Pour in pan.
- Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
- Let it set in oven for 1/2 hour more.
- For best results, refrigerate overnight.
