Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 c. tomatoes or 5 medium fresh tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking wine

Method

  • Wash pork chops in vinegar.
  • Season and let sit for awhile. Chop celery, tomatoes, onions and green pepper.
  • Saute in a small gram of oil; add tomatoes.
  • Cook about 20 minutes.
  • Flour and fry chops in a small amount of oil, let drain.
  • Place in a casserole dish and pour sauce over pork chops.
  • Open mushrooms and pour juice over top of sauce and pork chops.
  • Add wine.
  • Cover and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350°.
  • This recipe can be used with chicken and beef ribs.
  • Brown all meat.
