Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. hamburg
- 1/4 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients; form into balls.
- Fry in oil until brown. Put meatballs in sauce and cook for 2 hours on low.
