Ingredients
- 1 (3 1/4 oz.) can tuna
- 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. minced onions or 1/4 tsp. instant chopped onions
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, yogurt, cottage cheese or sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- few grains pepper
- sliced American cheese
Method
- Rinse tuna in cold water; drain, then flake into a 3-cup bowl. Blend in the bread, celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour tuna mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-cup baking dish; top with cheese.
- Bake in oven preheated to 325° for 20 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
