Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup rice bubbles
- 1 cup sultana
- 125 g salted peanuts
- 125 g salted cashews
- 18 teaspoon chili powder (a pinch)
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the rice bubbles and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the sultanas and nuts.
- Cook for a further 2 minutes over a medium heat, stiring constantly.
- Remove from the heat, but while the pan is still hot add in the chilli powder and stir through.
- Cool in the pan and store in an airtight container.
