Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup rice bubbles
  • 1 cup sultana
  • 125 g salted peanuts
  • 125 g salted cashews
  • 18 teaspoon chili powder (a pinch)

Method

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the rice bubbles and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the sultanas and nuts.
  • Cook for a further 2 minutes over a medium heat, stiring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat, but while the pan is still hot add in the chilli powder and stir through.
  • Cool in the pan and store in an airtight container.
