Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2-inches.
- Cook and stir beef and onion until brown.
- Drain.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix.
- Spread in pie plate.
- Beat milk, Bisquick mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender or on high for 1 minute in a mixer.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, topped with grated cheese.
- Put green lettuce around edge and tomatoes.
