- 1 Wagyu beef steak

Method
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan and melt the beef fat.
- Turn it up to high heat and once the pan is hot, fry the meat for 1 minute.
- Turn the steak over and continue to fry on a medium heat until some meat juice starts to come out.
