Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage
- 5 potatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 3 big carrots
- 3 medium size onions
Method
- Chop cabbage in very fine pieces and fry on medium using vegetable oil.
- Boil potatoes for 20 minutes and cut in pieces. Cut peppers, carrots and onions in small pieces and fry, stirring for 10 minutes using butter.
- Mix everything and cook on low for 5 minutes.
- Add spices to taste.
