Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes, boiled in skins and cubed
- 1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in bacon grease
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Combine bacon grease with onion.
- Pour over potatoes and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
