Ingredients
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 3/4 c sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
Method
- In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate.
- Slowly add sugar.
- Add salt.
- Add milk.
- Stir well until blended. Refrigerate.
- To reheat: Spoon needed amount in coffee cup and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
