Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can crab or fresh crab meat
Method
- Combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and salt in top of double boiler.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add wine and crab meat.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Transfer to chafing dish.
- Serve with Melba rounds or toast triangles.
