Ingredients

  • 4 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 4 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. chicken stock
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms

Method

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Put in 4-quart casserole.
  • Crush 1 cup cracker crumbs or potato chips and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
