- 4 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. diced celery
- 4 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. chicken stock
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put in 4-quart casserole.
- Crush 1 cup cracker crumbs or potato chips and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
