Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 4 boiled eggs
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can pimento
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sliced almonds or water chestnuts
Method
- Mix all together.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Put in casserole dish and bake at 400°.
- Top with potato chips or onion rings.
