Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Method
- Mix and spread in an 8-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve with a variety of favorite crackers.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
