Ingredients
- small pkg. stew meat
- 6 to 8 fresh carrots, sliced thin
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can green beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can peas
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 very large onion, diced
- 1 (39 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 small box frozen limas
- 3 qt. water or more
- 6 to 8 potatoes, small chunks
Method
- Put stew meat, onion, carrots, tomatoes and green beans in water and cook until meat is tender.
- Add potatoes, limas and whole kernel corn.
- After everything in soup gets done, add peas and let soup simmer for about 1 hour.
