Ingredients
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250 millilitres vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Beat egg, separate bowl mix well all ingredients and slowly add to the egg mixture.
- (Batter is smooth)
- Pour 1 cup to batter in to pipping bag, fitted with no 2 Wilton nozzle and squeezing the batter into the hot oil.
- (Pour the batter circulation motion then from side to side)
- Fry until golden brown.
- (Both sides should be golden brown and crispy)
- Drain off excess oil.
- Place the plate and drizzle with chocolate honey coconut pani.
- Serve warm.
