Ingredients
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram (dried)
- 1/4 tsp. savory (dried)
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Method
- Scrape carrots.
- Cut into quarters (lengthwise), then halves (lengthwise).
- Cook in hot water and salt, covered.
- Cook 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain.
- Add herbs and butter.
