Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb hot sausage
- 2 medium onions
- 30 oz chicken broth
- 1 cup white white or red wine
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) Hunts diced tomatoes w/ roasted garlic
- 2 cans (15 oz) Great northern beans
- 1 package washed baby spinach
Method
- Cook: sausage and onion over medium heat until thoroughly cooked; drain fat.
- Add: broth, wine, tomatoes and benas and cook for 5 mins or longer
- Stir: in spinach, cover and cook until spinach wilts.
- Enjoy!
