Ingredients
- bread slice of your favourite
- smoked salmon slices
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lemon juice
- dried dill or fresh
- capers optional
- sea salt
- black pepper
Method
- Prepare your bread slices.
- Juice your lemon and combine the juice with all of your smoked salmon you
- will use.
- Now peel and slice your avocado.
- Dress your bread with your salmon, avocado and dress with the remaining ingredients.
- Enjoy.
