Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. fruit (with juice)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk or cream
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powders and milk or cream.
- (It will be the thickness of pancake batter.)
- Dot a pan with butter. Pour mixture into pan.
- Pour some juicy fruit on top of the batter.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
