Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 32 oz. bag frozen hash browns
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Method
- Mix hash browns with cheese, sour cream, soup, butter and onions.
- Top with crushed corn flakes.
- Sprinkle melted butter on top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Can be made a day before serving.
