Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Combine butter or margarine, soup and sour cream. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until slightly browned.
