Ingredients

  • 1 Pie crust (Simple Pie Crust on profile)
  • 1/2 lb Ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup Onions, diced
  • 10 oz Spinich, frozen chopped, drained
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (your choice. i used 4 cheese mexican blend)
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Make Pie crust or use premade.
  • set aside.
  • (If you use mine you only need 1/4 of dough)
  • Melt butter in pan.
  • Add onions.
  • Cook until translucent then add ham and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • stirring frequently.
  • Once ham and onions are done add spinich, mix well and set aside.
  • Put eggs, cream, salt, pepper and garlic in medium bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Pour ham, onions and spinich into prepared pie crust.
  • Sprinkle cheese over ham, spinich and cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over everything.
  • Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
