Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) ham, beef or bacon, torn into small pieces
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

Method

  • Beat eggs, milk and seasoning salt.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into greased oblong baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inches) or square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inches).
  • Cook uncovered in 325° oven until omelet is set and top is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Makes 6 servings.
