Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) ham, beef or bacon, torn into small pieces
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Method
- Beat eggs, milk and seasoning salt.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into greased oblong baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inches) or square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inches).
- Cook uncovered in 325° oven until omelet is set and top is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
