Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. rigatoni
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced

Method

  • Following package directions, cook and drain rigatoni.
  • Cook onion in oil until tender.
  • Add flour; cook 1 minute.
  • Add milk; stir with a whisk.
  • Add 1/2 of the cheese and the noodles, then put in peas and ham.
  • Mix good and put in casserole dish.
  • Top with rest of cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
