Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. rigatoni
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
Method
- Following package directions, cook and drain rigatoni.
- Cook onion in oil until tender.
- Add flour; cook 1 minute.
- Add milk; stir with a whisk.
- Add 1/2 of the cheese and the noodles, then put in peas and ham.
- Mix good and put in casserole dish.
- Top with rest of cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
