Ingredients
- 16 oz. ham steak, cut into four serving-size pieces
- 16 oz. can peach slices, drained
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- dash of cinnamon
Method
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ham on both sides. Arrange peach slices around edges of ham; dot with margarine. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Turn ham and peach slices to glaze.
- Cover; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Makes 4 servings.
