Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups thinly sliced plum tomato (about 5 tomatoes)
  • 1/2 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
  • 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Method

  • Combine mayonnaise and cheese; spread evenly over tortillas. Arrange 1/2 cup Simple Baked Ham on each tortilla; top each tortilla with 1/3 cup lettuce and 1/3 cup tomato. Divide onion and bacon evenly among tortillas. Roll up.
