Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef, lightly salted
- 2 or 3 cans Swanson beef broth
- 2 strips celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can each corn and peas
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown beef with salt.
- Drain.
- Add broth, celery, onion, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper.
- When tender, add tomato sauce, soup, corn and peas.
