Ingredients
- 3 small zucchini
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs
- 14 cup fresh parmesan cheese
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Cut zuchinni in half, lengthwise.
- Put zucchini in bag or shallow dish.
- Sprinkle with oil to coat, salt and pepper.
- Mix butter, crumbs, cheese and garlic powder in small bowl.
- Grill zucchini until tender crisp, 3 minutes per side,turning once.
- Move to tin foil, then put cheese mixture on top of zucchini, finish cooking on grill until cheese is melted.
