Ingredients

  • 3 small zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs
  • 14 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Cut zuchinni in half, lengthwise.
  • Put zucchini in bag or shallow dish.
  • Sprinkle with oil to coat, salt and pepper.
  • Mix butter, crumbs, cheese and garlic powder in small bowl.
  • Grill zucchini until tender crisp, 3 minutes per side,turning once.
  • Move to tin foil, then put cheese mixture on top of zucchini, finish cooking on grill until cheese is melted.
