Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley finely
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 sirloin steaks boneless, 6-7 oz each, fat trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salad
  • potatoes

Method

  • For the parsley butter, mix butter, parsley and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season to taste and set aside.
  • Preheat the grill on medium-high. Brush steaks with oil and season with pepper to taste. Grill 4-5 mins on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, 5 mins. Top each steak with parsley butter and serve with potatoes and salad.
