Ingredients
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 8 rump steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
Method
- Combine juices, water, sauce, salt and pepper.
- Pour over steaks, allow to stand 4 to 6 hours out of refrigerator.
- Turn occasionally.
- Grill over hot fire 3 to 4 minutes on each side for rare.
- Increase cooking time for medium or well done.
