- 1 can French green beans, drain
- 1 can LeSueur English peas, drain
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drain
- 1 c. celery
- 1 small jar pimiento
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions with tops, cut up
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Pour this mixture over vegetables.
- Let set overnight or longer before serving.
- Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.
