Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can green beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Method
- Drain vegetables in colander; toss vegetables with Parmesan cheese in 3 quart dish.
- Pour butter over veggies.
- Combine tomato sauce and salt; pour over veggies.
- Top with onion rings. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
