- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 lb. or small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 pimento pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 c. corn flakes
Method
- Cook onion, mushrooms, green pepper and pimento pepper in butter for 5 minutes.
- Blend flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Stir in sour cream; heat but do not boil.
- Stir in beans and cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with corn flakes; dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
