Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie pan with graham cracker crust
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- cinnamon (sprinkle on top)
Method
- Beat all ingredients on high until well mixed.
- Pour into graham cracker pie crust.
- Bake fast for 15 minutes at 425°, then slow for 45 minutes at 350° until crust is brown and custard is set.
