Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • whole graham crackers

Method

  • Cook sugar, margarine, egg and milk until thickened.
  • Add graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut to the cooked mixture. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Pour the cooked mixture over the crackers.
  • Top with another layer of crackers and frost while still warm.
