Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- whole graham crackers
Method
- Cook sugar, margarine, egg and milk until thickened.
- Add graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut to the cooked mixture. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Pour the cooked mixture over the crackers.
- Top with another layer of crackers and frost while still warm.
