Ingredients
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Scald milk.
- Stir in sugar and crumbs.
- Add egg yolks and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; beat again, gradually adding 1/4 cup sugar.
- Fold into pudding.
- Chill.
- Yield: 8 servings.
