Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 regular-size tea bags
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 4 cups ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 cups ice water

Method

  • Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.
  • Combine tea and fruit juices in a large pitcher or bowl; add sugar, stirring until it dissolves. Chill.
  • Stir in ginger ale and ice water, and serve immediately.
