Ingredients
- 2 lb. small new potatoes or canned new potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook the potatoes until tender; peel.
- Melt the sugar in a heavy skillet until golden brown. Add the butter.
- Mix well. Rinse potatoes in cold water and add to sugar-butter mixture.
- Stir and heat potatoes until they are brown and shiny.
