Ingredients
- 6 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. alum
- hot peppers
Method
- Strip peppers into rings.
- Boil vinegar, water and sugar.
- Put salt, garlic and alum into a jar.
- Pack jar with peppers tightly and pour vinegar mixture over peppers.
- Seal jar and wait 30 days to eat.
