Ingredients
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup drained yogurt
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 teaspoon turmeric
- 14 cup minced crystallized ginger
Method
- In small bowl, whisk together mayo and yogurt until smooth.
- Whisk in wine, ginger and turmeric.
- Stir in ginger.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
