Ingredients

  • 1 jar (540 mL) fruit cocktail with extra cherries, well drained
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (10.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Strawberry Jelly Powder
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided

Method

  • Spoon fruit into 6 small glasses or dessert dishes.
  • Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  • until completely dissolved.
  • Add ice; stir 3 to 5 min.
  • or until slightly thickened.
  • Remove any unmelted ice.
  • Whisk 3/4 cup Cool Whip into jelly until well blended; spoon over fruit.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip.
