Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 beef top round steak (1-1/2 lb.)

Method

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix steak sauce, preserves, soy sauce and ginger.
  • Grill steak 7 to 8 min.
  • on each side or until medium doneness (160F), brushing with 1/4 cup of the steak sauce mixture for the last 2 min.
