Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 stick real butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Method
- Cream butter.
- Add sugar; gradually add chocolate and vanilla. Add one egg at a time and beat for 3 minutes on high speed.
- Pour into pie shell and chill for 3 or 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and toasted, slivered almonds.
