Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 pkg. frozen French fries
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 doz. eggs
- 6 slices American cheese
Method
- In a electric skillet, fry 10 slices bacon.
- Remove and drain about
- 4 tablespoons grease.
- Place frozen French fries in pan and brown.
- Sprinkle
- with
- salt
- and
- pepper to taste. Cover pan and cook over
- low
- heat until browned.
- Mix 1 dozen eggs and pour over
- browned
- fries.
- Reduce
- heat
- and
- cover. Cook 3 minutes and add
- bacon
- and cheese and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes, until eggs are set.
- Cut into squares and serve with cinnamon rolls and fruit.
