Ingredients
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Method
- Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, to this and beat well.
- Add milk, coconut and flavoring.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven or until golden brown and firm.
- Do not overbake.
