Ingredients
- 2 ounces Tia Maria
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 7 -8 raspberries (keep 2 raspberries for garnish)
- 3 coffee beans
- 1 fresh mint leaves
Method
- In a blender, mix the Tia Maria, vanilla ice cream and 6 raspberries for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Pour directly in a martini glass and garnish with the 2 raspberries, coffee beans and mint leaf.
