Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or lard
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour (or more)
Method
- Mix in order given.
- Roll in balls and press down with a fork. May add dates or raisins in any amount.
